These Terms govern your use of Jannal’s software and services. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Jannal provides cloud-based property management software for staff/owners and a guest-facing hub. Features available depend on your plan and the modules you enable.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you enter, the activity of users you invite, and keeping login credentials secure. You must comply with applicable laws, including hospitality, tax and data-protection rules for your property.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, reverse-engineer, resell access (except under an approved white-label partner agreement), or use Jannal to store unlawful content.
Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at sign-up (typically per room, per month). Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST). Non-payment may lead to suspension. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for cancellations.
Data ownership
Your property data is yours. You grant Jannal the limited rights needed to host and process it to deliver the service. You can export your data while your account is active.
Availability & support
We work to keep Jannal available and back up data, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Support is provided by email and in-app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jannal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Jannal and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, data is handled per the Privacy Policy and retention rules.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your city].
