Refund & Cancellation

This policy covers subscription cancellations and refunds for Jannal software plans. It does not cover refunds a hotel gives its own guests — those are set by each property.

Free trial

New accounts may start on a free trial with no card required. You will not be charged until the trial ends and you choose a paid plan.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid month remains active until it ends. We do not pro-rate partial months.

Annual plans

Annual plans may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if the service was not substantially used. After 7 days, annual fees are non-refundable but you keep access until the term ends.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider, typically within 5–7 business days.
